What data planely processes, why, and for how long.

Who accesses the site

Access to planely.me is via the official Telegram Login Widget: we receive the id, name, any username, and profile photo of the account you use to log in. There are no passwords, and we don't ask for email or payment data. A signed session cookie keeps your access valid; no profiling cookies, no third-party trackers.

Clients and payments

For each client we store: the owner's Telegram account, connected bot, plan, service status, due dates, and the list of payments in Stars (transaction ID and amount). Payments are handled by Telegram: we neither see nor store cards or bank details.

Fan data

Each client's conversations, content, and stats remain in the isolated instance of their bot, separate from that of every other client: no data is shared or cross-referenced between different clients, nor sold or used for advertising.

For some features, the text of messages (including what the fan writes) may be sent to external providers. To Google (Cloud Translation) to understand which language the fan writes in and for the translation of chat messages, requested by whoever handles it or automatic where it has been enabled. To DeepSeek, an artificial intelligence provider, for the translation of the client's automated messages (welcome, follow-up) and for the supervision of conversations, which produces internal quality reports for the client. In all cases, sending is only to generate the translation or the report: we don't send phone numbers, payment data, or credentials, and we don't use those texts for any other purpose.

Retention

Data remains as long as the service is in use. Upon closure, the bot instance and its data are deleted; only the strictly necessary accounting records (payments) and the creator account ↔ bot link remain, which serves to prevent repeats of the free trial.
